2005 estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
harvested at 24.8 brix. It was finished with
3.59 PH and 0.63 TA and it contains 13.8 % alcohol.
It was cellared in French/American oak barrels for
29 months. 300 cases were bottled. This wine has
a luscious bouquet of dark, rich berry flavors that
are intensely flavorful and fruity. It's a full bodied,
complex, well structured wine that carries a hint of
chocolate and vanilla on the palate with a smooth and
elegant finish.
