estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
harvested at 26.4 brix, this wine was finished with
3.7 PH
and 0.62 TA and contains 14.5% alcohol. Aged
in new French and American Oak
hybrid barrels for 20
months, the result is a fruit-forward wine with deep,
concentrated flavors of dark berry, black cherry and
chocolate as well as
dark-roasted coffee and
caramelized oak with a hint of vanilla. Expressive,
structured and balanced with soft tannins and a silky
finish.
This premier vintage has less than 50 cases remaining.
